Oak Creek Mortgage, Inc. opened in 2003 at Mead, Washington.  It functioned as a small 1 person company lending on manufactured homes until February 2006 when the Broker/Owner decided to expand and grow the company to offer financing options for all residential property types.  He hired Renee Walker, a 20+ year veteran in the mortgage industry to head up and manage the company.   

We are presently licensed in Washington State only, however, we are in the process of obtaining licensing in Idaho.  

Oak Creek Mortgage has a variety of loan products available for both site built and manufactured housing.  In addition, we offer construction to permanent financing for both housing types.
